Toms Table in Clitheroe are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
They are looking at recruiting for someone to work within a fast based environment:
Job tasks includes –
• Everything is prepared from fresh
• Butchery, filleting fish and other seafood
• Whole animal butchery
• Outside events kitchen
• Coffee Shop//patiserie
• Hygiene maintenance
• Reporting to senior chef
• Basic preparation leading to more advanced level
• Sauce/stock making
• Full training is given
Requirements:
• Self motivated
• Dedicated
• follow instruction
• Work on your own initiative
• Good time keeping
• Reliable
• Team player
Hours of work:
Thursday – Saturday earliest start 10am – latest finish 10pm / Sunday 10am – 6pm / 1 hour un-paid break / 38 hours per week
