Toms Table in Clitheroe are recruiting for an Apprentice Commis Chef. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
Description:
• Everything is prepared from fresh
• Butchery, filleting fish and other seafood
• Whole animal butchery
• Outside events kitchen
• Coffee Shop//patiserie
• Hygiene maintenence
• Reporting to senior chef
• Basic preperation leading to more advanced level
• Sauce/stock making
• Full training is given
Requirements:

Hours:
Thursday – Saturday 10am – 10pm / Sunday 10am – 6pm / 1 hour un-paid break / 38 hours per week
