What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Deliver fine dining experiences for functions and hospitality events.
• Support and coach new team members, sharing your skills and standards.
• Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain kitchen records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
• Keep the kitchen spotless with daily and weekly deep cleans.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
• A confident chef and excellent team player.
• Flexible, innovative, and committed to high standards.
• Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK resident for past 3 years).
