Chef – Exeter Airport
Join our fast‑paced Food & Beverage team at Exeter Airport and be part of a friendly, supportive kitchen delivering great food to
thousands of travellers every week.
LED Community Leisure manages the airport catering operation and is known for quality food, warm service, and a positive team
culture. We’re looking for an experienced Chef who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in high standards.
Please note: shifts may start as early as 2:30am.
What you’ll do
* Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards
* Support daily production across airport outlets
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
* Manage stock rotation, storage, and waste reduction
* Be a positive role model within the kitchen team
What we’re looking for
* NVQ Level 2 / BTEC in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
* At least 1 years’ experience in a fast‑paced kitchen
* Strong food hygiene and kitchen organisation skills
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Level 2 Food Safety
* First Aid at Work
* Interest in menu development and career progression
