What you’ll do: ⦁ Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimal wastage⦁ Deliver fine dining for functions and hospitality events⦁ Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures⦁ Follow recipe cards and maintain food quality⦁ Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records⦁ Monitor temperatures and complete due diligence paperwork⦁ Help with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
