As Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, well-presented food across our clubhouse and driving range, creating a welcoming dining experience that reflects our vision.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes Assisting in menu development with an emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste

Working closely with management to support busy service periods Upholding the highest levels of personal hygiene and food safety at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef or strong kitchen experience
• Passion for fresh food and consistent quality
• A strong commitment to cleanliness, personal hygiene and safe food handling
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standard
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
