Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will lead the kitchen staff in creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen.
• Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and presentation styles that reflect current culinary trends.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimise kitchen efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery in line with hospitality standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the culinary field.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
