Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, and ideally a background in kitchen operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Practice good food safety and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service times and menu offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
• Assist in menu planning, development, and innovation to enhance customer experience Skills
• Proven experience within a professional kitchen setting
• Food production and preparation skills with a focus on quality and presentation
• Strong team ethics
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent cooking techniques across various cuisines and styles
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating adaptability under pressure
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
