The Role:

We’re looking for a strong Senior Chef with solid banqueting and high-volume buffet experience to join our busy events kitchen. Supporting the Kitchen Manager , you’ll help deliver weddings, functions, and large-scale buffet service to a consistently high standard.

This role suits a chef who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes pride in quality and consistency.

• What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering high-quality food for weddings, events, and large buffets
• Handling high-volume service with speed, consistency, and control
• Supporting the Kitchen Manager with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Leading and supporting junior chefs during service
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Assisting with stock control and reducing waste What We Need:
• Proven experience in a Senior Chef / Sous Chef / strong CDP role
• Banqueting + high-volume buffet experience essential
• Confident in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong organisation and team leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards Why Join Us?
