Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and grills
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, maintaining high standards of presentation Requirements
• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods
• Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Previous experience working in a busy kitchen setting is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
