Otters Fine Foods is an independent deli café in Oakham, known for fresh, high-quality food and a strong local reputation. We focus on simple food done properly — from our busy daytime menu to our catering and platter work.

We’re looking for a Chef / Deli Chef to join our team in a well-organised, fast-paced kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency.

The Role Preparing and producing fresh food daily (sandwiches, salads, hot specials, platters)

• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Supporting with catering orders and prep
• Working as part of a small, reliable team
• Helping keep the kitchen organised and running smoothly
