Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Dosa Chef (South Indian) to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
• Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items
• Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimise waste and control costs
• Train new team members in food preparation, safety procedures, and service standards
• Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience in restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service excellence
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential for highly experienced candidates
