What you’ll do:
– Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – ensuring quality and minimal waste.
– Deliver fine dining for special functions and hospitality events.
– Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures.
– Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain kitchen records.
– Keep everything safe and spotless with regular checks and deep cleans.
What we’re looking for:
– A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
– A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
– Flexibility, creativity, and great communication skills.
– Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
