Assist with the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a busy kitchen environment

Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring full compliance with EHO guidelines

Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
–
Prepare and serve meals to military personnel, consistently achieving high standards
–
Oversee kitchen cleanliness and ensure sanitation best practices are always followed
–
Support high-profile events and special functions, showcasing your culinary expertise
–
Participate in bulk cooking, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentationWhat we’re looking for:
–
Professional chef or cook experience within a catering or hospitality environment
–
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
–
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-focused setting
–
A genuine passion for cooking and delivering excellent serviceDesirable Skills:
–
Experience in military or government catering environments
–
IOSH qualification or equivalent
–
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
–
Recognised culinary qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3)What we offer:
