– Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality meals following our established recipes
– Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner.
– Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, create new recipes, and introduce innovative culinary concepts.
– Monitor food inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
– Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimiase food costs without compromising on quality.
– Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
– Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve your culinary skills.
