- Chef de Partie benefits:
- £40,000 per annum
- Lunch & Dinner service with a small, seasonal Mediterranean menu
- Professional brigade of 7 chefs
- Executive Head Chef with Michelin and Three AA Rosette background
- Prime Kensington location
- 60+ covers at lunch, 20–30 at dinner
- Set day off: Monday + one other
- 9:30pm typical finishing time
