As a Front of House Supervisor at Sodexo at JRDC Waterloo Lines – Warminster, you’ll play a key leadership role at the heart of our bar and food outlets.You’ll lead a front-of-house team to deliver smooth, efficient service while creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard, inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front-of-house areas.

Work closely with catering management and chefs to ensure strong communication and a joined-up team approach.

Promote and uphold health and safety standards, proactively identifying and reporting hazards to keep everyone safe.
–
Carry out regular safety walks, taking action to reduce risk and improve standards.
–
Lead and deliver weekly team huddles, keeping everyone informed, engaged, and motivated.

Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to help your team feel confident, supported, and valued.What you bring:
–
Experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of catering operations and supervisory or team leadership experience.
–
Experience within hospitality (hotel, bar, or restaurant environments) is an advantage.
–
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
–
The ability to motivate, guide, and lead a team effectively.
–
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing demands.
–
