We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our wonderful site in London.Location: EC2V 7QNSalary: 35,850 per annumWorking Pattern: Predominately Monday- Friday, 06:30am-3:30pm, 40 hours per weekKey responsibilities will include:To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersWork effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer serviceMaking outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every timePride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardOur ideal Candidate will:Basic hygiene training is beneficialContract catering background is highly desirableStrong organisational skills and the ability to work quickly Good teamwork and communication with other staff are essentialBe friendly and approachable as you will be supporting a team of 9 chefsMeets high standards for food quality and safetyWhat’s in it for you?
