The Role As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes and maintaining the highest standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen. You will support the senior team while mentoring junior chefs and ensuring consistency across your section.
Key Responsibilities
– Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen with precision and consistency
– Prepare and present dishes to exacting standards
– Support the development and training of junior chefs
– Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
– Contribute to menu development and creative processes
– Ensure smooth service and effective communication within the team
About You
– Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-end or Michelin-starred kitchen
– Strong technical skills and attention to detail
– A calm, organised approach under pressure
– Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning
– Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
