If you're looking for a role where you can have an impact, this could be the job for you Whatyou’ll do:
- Supervision and Management of staff including but not limited to inducting, training, recruitment, ensuring HR records are kept up to date, organising Rota and staff appraisals
- Monitor Financial performance against targets
- Oversee and maintain high standards of foodproductionand food quality
- Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety is maintained and compliant for the unit
- Monitor all areas during service periods to ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to customers
- Assist at service times by serving customers
- Complete cashing up after service for all tills
- Use of IT systems such as EProphit
- What you bring:
– Experience as a chef/working in a kitchen/food production environment and managing staff.

- Experience of administration within a kitchen management environment

- Closing accounts/month end reporting

- Good knowledge of Health and Safety

- Good Knowledge of Food safety
- –
- Financial Awareness to meet business margins
