Full time Chef to work at Sous Chef Level in the award winning Oxenham Arms Hotel, at South Zeal Devon. £32K + bonus + use of company vehicle + holiday pay + pension.
Currently seeking a full time professional chef. Operating at Sous Chef level in a small professional team using locally sourced fresh food and delivering to AA 1 Rosette standards. Working a mix of some daytime shifts and some evening shifts in a highly respected food led Inn and Hotel, located 20 mins drive from Exeter and just off the A30 from Exeter to Cornwall.
You will be familiar and capable in all areas of a commercial kitchen and able to stand in for the Head Chef when appropriate.
