Chef De Partie

Hospitality Chef de Partie Location: Near Liverpool Street, London Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Pay: £17.14 per hour We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a site near Liverpool Street. This role is ideal for a passionate chef who thrives in a quality-focused, professional food service environment and values a great work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

– Comply with all client and company health & safety procedures, including food information regulations and food safety checks

• Run a section of the kitchen to the required standards

– Prepare, cook, and present dishes to agreed standards and portion specifications

• Supervise and train commis chefs or kitchen assistants within your section
• –
• Ensure correct food recovery and storage to minimise waste
• –
• Assist with food ordering and stock control
• –
• Support the receipt and proper storage of deliveries
• –
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen and work areas
• –
• Ensure the safe and correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment

• –
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• –
• Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare complex, refined dishes
• –
• Previous experience in contract catering is desirable
• –
• Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail

• Creative with knowledge of current food trends
• –
• Sound understanding of food hygiene, health & safety standards
• –
• Able to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
