• Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes and desserts in line with brand standards
• Manage and run the pastry section during service
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all pastry output
• Support menu development with creative and seasonal ideas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service Person Specification
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in pastry
• Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
• Passion for high-quality desserts and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
