Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team – which holds a lot of experience regarding Head/exec chefs, working with us as a second job.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in kitchen operations.
You will need to be organised and some one who can just get on with things in a quick environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and service delivery
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service times and menu offerings
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to uphold brand standards

- Proven experience in a culinary or restaurant environment with a strong background in food preparation and cooking
- Supervising experience with team management capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Experience in food production, hospitality, or related fields is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team and with other departments
- A genuine passion for culinary arts coupled with creativity and innovation in menu development This Role deals with many high profile events and private conferences. We run the L2 Restaurant and a Food point offering also.

- Pay: £14.00-£19.36 per hour
