Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent cross-contamination and accidents
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during busy periods
- Assist with plating and presentation of dishes before they are served to customers Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is essential.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment will be beneficial
