Where You’ll Be Working Situated on the magnificent clifftop at Kingsgate, the Botany Bay Hotel in Broadstairs, Kent, is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The stylish coastal retreat overlooks 200 metres of golden sands, stunning cliffs and rock pools. Guests can stay in one of the 30 en-suite bedrooms, enjoy a drink in the lounge bar or sample some delicious food in the restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to company standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy periods.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
- Assist with stock control and ordering when required.
