£15.56 per hour | Part-time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00am–3:30pm
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to join a well-structured kitchen operation at a corporate site serving approximately 300 people daily. This role is predominantly focused on staff dining, alongside low-cover hospitality, and offers consistent weekday daytime hours, providing an excellent work–life balance.
The kitchen delivers up to 200 covers in staff dining per day, with additional hospitality services including finger food, buffets and occasional fine-dining style events. This is a varied role within a professional and supportive environment, offering the opportunity to develop skills across multiple sections.Key Responsibilities

Preparing and delivering high-quality food for staff dining and hospitality services

Running a section confidently during service

Assisting with the preparation of sandwiches, salads and hot food items
–
Supporting hospitality service, including buffet and plated dishes when required
–
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
–
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
–
Demonstrating flexibility to support paid overtime for occasional evening functionsIdeal Candidate Profile

Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress
–
Background in fresh food preparation within a professional kitchen
–
Well organised, dependable and able to work efficiently in a structured service environment

Positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach
–
Eager to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility
