Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel – Leicestershire
Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Leicestershire who are recruiting a Junior a Chef de Partie. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare a la carte restaurant meals as well as weddings and functions.The role is 40 hours per week and staff accommdoation is available.

The Role
• Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce
• Running service in Head Chef’s absence
• Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

The Person
• Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 4* hotel level kitchen
• Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
