Summary We are seeking a talented Tandoori Chef specializing in Tandoori cuisine to join our team This role is vital in delivering authentic and flavorful dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Tandoori dishes with authentic flavors and presentation standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.
- Manage food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Oversee food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Lead by example to foster a positive, efficient, and professional kitchen environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in Tandoori cooking or Indian cuisine.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Culinary qualification or relevant training preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
