• Be a key member of the team working alongside our experienced brigade of hotel chefs
• Be hands on in the kitchen as you build up the skills to run your own section, learning from the senior chefs in your brigade and maybe showing us a think or two as well!
• Enjoy being engaged in a team focused on the success of our hotel restaurant, beautiful summer terrace, event spaces and our fantastic private dining domes
• See how your fellow chefs take care of the health and safety and regulations in our kitchen so you can also be responsible for these key kitchen principles
• This is an opportunity to join an evolving team of chefs who are looking forward to another busy year as our beautiful hotel continues to progress and put itself firmly on the map through its culinary offerings
