• As Chef de Partie what you’ll be doing

– Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes – Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with it’s delicious seasonal produce – Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn – Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too What happens next with your Chef de Partie application?

After we speak on the phone you can expect a friendly invite to spend an hour or two on a Team Insight with your chosen department – Ask all your questions and we will ask you a few too.
