About Us We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. We aim to add at least two new sites to our business every year, so your career development opportunities will be as amazing as you are. Job Role Responsible for the efficient management of your designated section of the kitchen. Aiding senior members of the kitchen team. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Following menu specifications whilst ensuring the highest culinary standards, quality & cleanliness.
Experience Required Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
