About Us We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. Job Role Responsible for the efficient management of your designated section of the kitchen. Aiding senior members of the kitchen team. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Following menu specifications whilst ensuring the highest culinary standards, quality & cleanliness.

Experience Required Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
