We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a busy, professional kitchen within a corporate environment. This is a hands-on role for a capable chef who can manage their section efficiently, maintain high standards, and work well as part of a small, close-knit brigade. The kitchen operates at pace and requires a calm, organised approach with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and consistency.Key Responsibilities

Running a designated section during preparation and service

Preparing and cooking food to agreed specifications and standards

Supporting service for high-volume covers
–
Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
–
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
–
Managing time effectively to meet service demands
–
Following company policies and procedures at all times
–
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
–
Maintaining a professional and confident presence in a client-facing environmentIdeal Candidate

Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie
–
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
–
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
–
Calm under pressure with a practical, solution-focused approach
–
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
–
Able to take direction and work to set procedures
–
Flexible and adaptable to changing service needs
–
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
