About Craigie’s Craigie’s is a family-run farm and visitor destination near Edinburgh, built around seasonal experiences, great food, and authentic countryside fun. The business comprises a working farm, farm shop & deli and a café situated in the beautiful countryside between Queensferry and Edinburgh.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to run a section of the kitchen, support senior chefs, and help deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This role may also involve working in our production kitchen, preparing items such as pies, quiches, and other fresh products.
About the role:-
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Run a section of the kitchen during service
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Support across different kitchen areas as needed, including production
- Assist with preparation of products such as pies, quiches, and other items
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
