Key Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence, ensuring quality and consistency
• Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes using local ingredients
• Support the kitchen team during service and prep
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Requirements
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Passion for simple, flavour-driven food
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends What We Offer
