Chef De Partie

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

As a chef de partie , you will play a vital role in meal preparation and food preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of food hygiene.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary. following stock rotation rules.
• Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures. Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
