The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will report to the head chef and help lead the kitchen’s daily success with your peers.
- Manage daily prep and service for your station, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation while monitoring portion control to minimise waste.
- Assist the Head Chef in developing weekly specials and new menu items.
- Enforce strict HACCP and health & safety standards.
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: From £13.50 per hour
