LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for Chef de Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties.

• Shift opportunities include:
• Full Time (5 out of 7)
• Breakfast Shifts (6am until 2pm)
• Evening Shifts (2pm until 10pm)
• Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie would include…

– Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our A La Carte restaurants – Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary – Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment

• Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely

• Preparing dishes of high quality in an efficient timely manner
• –
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
• What is required for this role?
• –
• Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience required
• –
• Food Safety Qualifications required
• –
• Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• –
• Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
• –
• Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
