- Working pattern
- 4-day working week between Monday and Saturday
- 7 shifts per week on a rota basis
- Closed on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for members. You will:
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
- Work with premium, seasonal ingredients to produce refined dishes
- Support senior chefs while contributing to a collaborative kitchen culture
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all sections
