Established, high-quality events venue in the heart of Central London, delivering exceptional food experiences for corporate events, private functions, and exclusive hire events. We are now looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef seeking a better work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no regular weekend shifts.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Run and manage your designated section during prep and service
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering high-quality event catering
- Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work efficiently during high-volume event services
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Experience in events, banqueting, or high-volume service preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)What We Offer
