The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join the opening brigade. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced senior team, helping to establish kitchen standards, contribute to menu development, and play a key part in shaping the culinary identity of the club.
The successful candidate will take ownership of their section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run your section during prep and service
- Deliver high-quality dishes aligned with a Mediterranean-focused concept
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Support and mentor junior chefs where required
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and high-quality seasonal ingredients
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
