We are currently looking for 2 Pastry Chef de Parties to join professional kitchens across Central London. This is a great opportunity for experienced pastry chefs looking for flexible work with reliable hours and weekly pay.
Job overview:
Role: Pastry Chef de Partie
Location: Central London
Pay rate: between £14.20–£16.00 per hour plus holiday accrual paid weekly
Hours: Day shifts 9:00–17:00 or afternoon cover
Shifts: 4–6 shifts per week between Monday to Sunday
Contract: Part-time or Full-time available
As a Pastry CDP, you will be working in high-standard kitchens supporting the pastry section with daily production and service. Roles are suited to chefs who are confident, organised and comfortable working at pace.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing and producing a range of pastry and dessert item
• Running a pastry section during service when require
• Following recipes and presentation standard
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety
• Working as part of a professional kitchen team
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Pastry CDP or strong Pastry Demi CDP
• Good knowledge of pastry techniques and desserts
• Ability to work independently and manage your section
• Valid right to work in the UK
• Food safety knowledge and professional attitude
