Chef de Partie – Busy Conference & Training Centre – Northamptonshire – 37.5 hour week – Straight Shifts
Our client is a busy conference & training centre in the Northamptonshire Countryside who are recruiting a Chef de Partie. You will be working with all fresh produce ro prepare residential meals and for meetings and events. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef’s absence. The role offers 5 straights shifts with a 37.5 hour week. The shifts are either 630-1430 or 1200 – 2000 five days from seven. Due to location you will need your own transport.

The Role
• Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce
• Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene
