Chef Job with Visa

About The Role We are looking for a Tandoor and Curry Chef who truly belongs in the kitchen and is passionate about cooking. We need your skills, your palate, and your passion for authentic Indian cuisine, not your ability to sit in front of a computer doing admin.

This is a pure cooking role. You will work alongside our Head Chef, focusing on executing high-quality dishes. We have a dedicated management team to handle cost control and staff scheduling – we just want you to focus on what you do best: cooking.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Core Sections: Professionally and expertly manage the Tandoor and Curry sections, ensuring every naan bread is perfectly baked and every curry maintains a consistent flavour profile.
• Flavour First: Use your deep understanding of spices and traditional cooking techniques to deliver authentic Indian flavours.
• Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional workstation, adhering to strict food hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: Proven, significant experience working on Tandoor and Curry sections in a professional kitchen environment.

– Location: Ideally already based in the UK and seeking a stable, long-term position.

• Skills over Admin: You prefer being at the stove rather than doing paperwork at a computer.
• Certifications: Hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certificate (or be willing to obtain one upon joining).
• Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK (Note: Visa sponsorship is available, see details below).
