Job description:

The suitable candidate would prepare tandoori dishes from high quality authentic Tandoori raw material, herbs, and spices and cook authentic Tandoori dishes. In order to ensure that all the Tandoori dishes are freshly prepared and our brand standards are met. Responsible for the daily specialist role to make sure the shift runs smoothly. Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders. Introducing new Tandoori dishes and update menus. Possesses the unique traditional Tandoori dishes to experience for our customers. Monitoring portions and waste control. A deep understanding of authentic Tandoori dishes. Capacity to work under pressure during the extremely busy period.

Experience: As this is a huge responsible role the candidate is desirable to possess appropriate work experience in a similar role.

Language requirement: English and South Indian speaker preferable Salary offered: £30,000 to £40,000 depending on the level of experience.
