Job Title: Head Chef H&C Solutions are excited to offer this fantastic Head Chef position role to work within one of London’s most luxurious boutique Mayfair hotels. This stunning hotel operation is extremely exclusive – with a minimum room spend of £380 per night. The kitchen team is backed by an influential Executive Chef with a solid background in modern European cuisine. They have one single main kitchen, with a team of 20 chefs. They have a 2AA fine dining restaurant (50 covers), banqueting facilities and are very popular for afternoon tea.

• Proven background within both award‑winning restaurants and luxury hotels.
• A creative, organised and loyal Head Chef capable of elevating and developing the two‑rosette restaurant, banqueting offering, and afternoon tea experience.
• Candidates must demonstrate a solid, reliable career trajectory with strong professional longevity.
• The successful Head Chef must be comfortable working under the guidance of an Executive Chef, contributing collaboratively while maintaining high standards of leadership within the kitchen.
