‍ The Role We are seeking a talented and reliable Breakfast Chef to lead their morning kitchen service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who takes pride in delivering beautifully presented, high-quality breakfasts and enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will be responsible for preparing and delivering both à la carte and buffet breakfast options to the highest standards, ensuring every guest starts their day with an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including full English, continental, and à la carte options
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all dishes
• Manage breakfast service efficiently, maintaining a calm and organised kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and rotation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (in line with HACCP)
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-quality hotel or restaurant- preferably at 3-4 star standard
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery and kitchen operations
• Ability to work early mornings (typically starting between 5:30am–6:00am)
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Calm under pressure with excellent time management
• Passion for fresh, locally sourced produce
• Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above preferred)
