We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to join our well-established kitchen team at The Libertine, a busy high street pub championing the best of British ingredients.
Our menu features a mix of pub classics and urban dishes that set us apart from competitors. Sunday roasts are a key part of our offering, particularly during our strong autumn/winter trade with Christmas being our busiest time.
The ideal applicant will have extensive experience in developing recipes, menus, and building a positive team environment.

What We Look for in a Head Chef:
This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team, develop cost-effective seasonal menus for various revenue streams.
Experience Championing Excellent Service through Quality Food as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
A Passion for Leading and Developing a Team
Hands-on Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills
Responsible for Managing Kitchen Staff Rota, Training, and Health & Safety
Creative Ability to Design and Deliver New Dishes and Specials
Strong Planning and Organisational Skills for Effective Control of GP and Labour
Proactive in Driving Sales and Growth through Engagement with Kitchen and Front of House Teams
