Head Chef – Pho St Albans

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the soon-to-open Pho restaurant in St Albans.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on chef who is passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant, and flavorsome food. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef and a proven track record of managing a team of chefs, including wok chefs, line chefs, and sous chefs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve excellent results.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes.
Manage stock and par levels through mindful ordering and control systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
