We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team at Wolf At The Door.
Wolf At The Door is a busy bar in the heart of the Northern Quarter. We have a fun, fresh and evolving menu serving up Tacos, Bao Buns, Donburi bowls, Korean Fried Chicken and a selection of side dishes. We use fresh ingredients to prepare our menu. Quarterly specials mean we need a creative Head Chef who can execute new menu ideas, specs, costings and train the staff in the safe methods for these items.
The role will involve assisting in the preparation of food, running a busy service, completing all relevant due diligence and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. Staff training is a big part of this role. We have an awesome kitchen team who need strong guidance to elevate their potential.
After a 3 month probation we would be happy to increase the pay for the right candidate and if all standards are as they should be.
